Terms of service
Last updated October 2026.
Our services
Techpaila provides website development, SEO, social boosting, app and software development, and AI training. The scope of each project is agreed in a written proposal.
Results
We commit to doing the work with care. We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, follower counts or revenue, because these depend on factors outside our control.
Payment
Fees, schedules and any third-party costs (such as advertising spend or hosting) are set out in the proposal.
Ownership
Once fees are paid, you own the code, designs and accounts created for you, unless the proposal states otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information, content and access we need, and confirm you have the rights to materials you supply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
