Privacy policy

What we collect

Details you send us, such as your name, email, company and message when you contact us.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you request. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only with providers who help us run our business (for example email and hosting), and only as needed.

Cookies

We ask for your choice the first time you visit and store it in a cookie called tp_consent for six months. Strictly necessary cookies are always set: tp_consent itself and, for our own team only, tp_admin (keeps an administrator signed in). If you accept analytics cookies we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays — so we can see where people get stuck. It sets its own cookies (_clck and _clsk) and sends that data to Microsoft under their privacy statement. Nothing analytics or marketing related is loaded until you agree, and withdrawing consent stops it and deletes those cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Where you are browsing from

We show prices in your region's currency, so we need to know which country you are in. Normally our hosting tells us from your connection and nothing leaves our servers. Where it cannot, we send your IP address to api.country.is, a free lookup service that returns only a two-letter country code, and we remember the answer for a few hours. We do not store your IP address ourselves, and we do not use it to identify you. If you would rather this did not happen, a browser VPN or privacy proxy will change what is seen.

The website assistant

Our assistant can ask a few questions about what you need so it can suggest a package and pre-fill a booking. Your messages are sent to our server and on to our language model provider to generate a reply; they are not used to train anyone’s models. What you tell it is kept in your browser for the rest of your visit, and only remembered for future visits if you accepted analytics cookies. If you request a call, the details and a short summary of that conversation are emailed to our team so they can prepare.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.
